HVAC, Roof, and Door Replacement

Work under Base Bid to include partial demolition of existing HVAC equipment, unit ventilator system, roof assembly, ACT ceilings and light fixtures, surface mounted light fixtures, relocating of a variety of electrical and fire alarm items due to new ACT ceilings, and gypsum wall assemblies as required to install new mechanical ductwork, plumbing, and systems. Work under Base Bid to also include new roof top mechanical units on new roof curbs, new interior VAV mechanical units with associated ducting and plumbing, new boilers, new LED light fixtures, new ACT ceilings, new structural steel reinforcing, roof replacement, roof patching and infill, flashing of new roof penetrations, gas line extension and painting, exterior door and frame replacement, door hardware replacement, interior painting, VCT flooring, and brick masonry veneer and metal stud wall system infill. Corresponding structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work will also be included. The project will be completed in 2 separate phases: Phase 1 - Summer 2021 and Phase 2 - Summer 2022. No exceptions.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Flooring.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 28 -	Electronic Safety and Security, Access Control.
