| Description | The base bid will consist of a Hybrid PVC Roof System as per the scope of work below: Tear off existing roof to the concrete and steel decks. Abate asbestos contained roofing material per Georgia EPD/GSU EHSO guidelines, if applicable. Remove existing flashing metal. Prime concrete deck where applicable. Install 3.5” layer of isocyanurate roof insulation (R20 min.) to the concrete deck and mechanically attach to the steel deck. Install cover boards. Install a modified bitumen roofing base layer. Install fully adhered reinforced single ply 80 mil PVC roofing membrane. Flash wall with non-felted back PVC membrane. New coping and metal edge to meet ANSI-SPRI ES requirements. |
