Description | State Project Number Tz-91194 Hvac & Bas Improvements at Waters Edge his solicitation is TG/ED/VO preference and contains a 6% TG/ED/VO subcontracting goal. A. The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Mechanical demolition of existing equipment and the installation of new mechanical system. 2.) Building Automation System (BAS) upgrades at both the Waters Edge facility and the neighboring RTMC facility. 3.) Electrical demolition and electrical work to accommodate mechanical upgrades including the removal and reinstallation of the LED lighting. 4.) Electrical low voltage demolition and improvements associated with furniture modifications. 5.) Furniture modifications of existing furniture systems. The Section 00 41 73 Prime Contractor Response Form (Response Form), which includes the attachments listed in the project manual table of contents, is posted within the VirtuBid area of the QuestCDN Plan Room. The Response Form must be downloaded, completed, and uploaded with the bid before it can be posted. This solicitation includes qualification requirements. Attachment C of the Response Form contains the qualification requirements for the solicitation. Qualification requirements include, but are not limited to: Responding company has completed as a Prime Contractor (not as a subcontractor) the work for at least THREE contracts which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $4,000,000 or greater. - These projects must contain substantially the replacement of mechanical systems. OR In lieu of Responding company’s projects, Responder may provide on the form below up to THREE qualified projects completed by the Project Manager while employed by others which have achieved - Substantial Completion since January 1, 2018 for construction of commercial projects. - Each of these contracts must have had a construction value of $4,000,000 or greater. - These projects must contain substantially the replacement of mechanical systems. Prime Contractors must attend. Responses received from Prime Contractors that did not attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be rejected. |
