| Description | The purpose of this RFI is to gather information regarding support and cost estimates for Upgrade Services and Maintenance Services for existing Lutron Lighting Systems installed in various buildings in the PBS portfolio. The services and support sought is specific to Lutron Quantum since this is currently the lighting control system installed at a number of locations in the PBS portfolio. To assist the Government in its market research, the responses shall provide a detailed description of the service / support, any technical requirements to enable the service / support, the maintenance and required technical plan to operate and maintain the system for which the service / support is being provided; and the estimated costs to develop, implement, and maintain such a system. Responses should be reflective of existing capabilities in line with Lutron Quantum, and not be based on general capabilities or those still requiring significant development. |
