4th Street Roadway and Water System Improvements

The Project consists of approximately 7,073 SY of milling, 624.4 tons of asphalt pavement, 530 LF of curb and gutter, and 2,355 LF of 12 water main with associated back fill, valves, 4 fire hydrants, and 25 services. The project also includes the abandonment of the existing water main. Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Bidding Documents are available as portable document format (PDF) files e-mailed free of charge. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via inperson pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Offices receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office
