Description

The project is located at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The scope of work includes the removal of an existing direct fired make-up air unit and the installation of a new in-direct fired make-up air unit with additional supply ductwork & revised controls. Work includes HVAC, fire protection, and electrical. Work on this project will consist of a single lump sum contract for all work.
