Lewis Lane and Hillcrest Street Sewer Line Replacement

This project consists of furnishing and installing approximately 2,150 linear feet of 8-inch DR19 HDPE sewer line by pipe bursting and associated appurtenances. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Bids may be held by the Owner for a period not to exceed 30 days from the date of bid opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders prior to awarding of the contract. Bid Bond: A certified check or bank draft, payable to the order of the City of Keene, negotiable U.S. Government bonds (at par value) or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid.
