Bethania-Freedman's Park

Construction of a new “pocket” park at 5801 Bethania-Tobaccoville Road and adding a fire truck access driveway to rear of existing bay of Fire Station 20. The scope of work includes: site clearing, mass grading, erosion control, storm drain inlets and piping, concrete walks and steps, concrete seat and retaining walls, expanding the asphalt parking lot, heavy duty concrete driveway, water and sewer lines, new septic field, seeding and planting trees. New amenities include: site furniture, fitness equipment on rubber surfacing, informational kiosks/signs, and a new prefab restroom.
