WWTP Roof Replacement

The work will include but is not limited to, the rehabilitation of approximately 6,400 square feet (LF) of roofing. The work will include the rehabilitation of the filter press building roof, garage roof, control buildings roofs, and the sludge pumping station roof. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after installation activities (if and where directed and required based on the sanitary lateral cured-in-place installations). Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials as may be necessary may be if and where directed items by the Owner. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents.
