Description

This Section provides general information relating to the conditions of operation and general requirements relating to the maintenance and repair services for the Lenel and AMAG Electronic Security System (ESS), Pelco CCTV system, Aiphone System and Key System at both DLA Distribution Jacksonville Florida sites. The Contractor shall perform preventive maintenance (PM) service on all equipment which consists primarily of inspection, testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and calibration to verify proper system operation; minimize malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration of systems and equipment.
