Provide all material and labor to complete this project. The Hamilton Hall Third Floor South Renovation project continues the phased renovation approach from the 2nd floor, the east and north wings of the 3rd floor, and the south wing of the 4th floor. The space allocated for this renovation is includes the following programmed spaces: Two organic chemistry teaching labs(one on each side of the floor) Refresh of the 3rd floor south corridor Renovation and expansion of the men's and women's restrooms The spaces will be renovated completely, including infrastructure, layout, finishes, equipment and technology in the laboratories, improvements to the corridor for students to gather and study and upgrades to correct fire, life safety and accessibility deficiencies while improving energy efficiency.
