Salvage of stone and shade structures may be required. - Site Improvements: Site improvements will include new and replacement asphalt and concrete paving. Asphalt paths will need to be laid to meet tight grade tolerances for ADA accessibility. Specialty concrete paving (such as hand placed cobble, exposed aggregate, curved scoring, color additives, etc.) will be required in key areas. Stone masonry, stone edging and boulder retaining walls with native stone; weathering steel post and chain fencing; latia wood fencing; grading; and, native plant landscaping. - New Building Construction: CMU block restroom building with 3-coat stucco finishing, peeled log posts and beams, standing seam metal roof and integration of hardwood benches and artistic metal screen panels. - 1940 Historic Building Rehabilitation: Improvements include specialty concrete floor finishing, rehabilitation of sash windows, repointing of stone masonry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical rehab, Fire & safety improvements, door replacement, and membrane roofing on a parapet lined roof with scuppers. - Site Utilities: Implementation of new underground utilities, including gas, electric, communications, water and sewer lines.
