Description

This project provide a Chilled Water Plant source of chilled water to the air handling unit (AHU) 3 located on the rooftop of Building 1 (B1) west. This work will require the extension of two - 4” copper lines located in the ceiling space of room 345E into the mechanical penthouse on the rooftop of B1 and the connection of these extended lines to the 3” piping currently in place on the AHU. The rooftop chillers currently serving the referenced AHU will be decommissioned and removed. Additionally, all structure, pipework and equipment supporting the current chilled water system will be decommissioned and removed. The contractor shall ensure that affected spaces are returned to a suitable state of weather and structural soundness.
