Work includes the following: 1. Bulk chemical storage and concrete containment area, 2. Precast concrete building to house chemical feed room and electrical room, 3. Chemical feed system including wall-mounted chemical feed skid, 4. Site work including grading, paving, fencing and gates, and yard piping, 5. Modifications to the existing raw water intake structure, 6. Chemical injection at the raw water intake at Lake Brownwood, and 7.
