Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair of (4) four sunshades. location project is located at Bldg. 600, 4707 Duffer Drive, Nellis AFB, NV 8919 Question Deadline 08/14/2023 at 10:00 AM PT Questions that may arise from the Site Visit, shall be asked, in writing, and sent Questions submitted after the aforementioned cutoff date will not be reviewed or answered. Questions shall be sent to SSgt Ulysses Hernandez at ulysses.hernandez@us.af.mil. All responses to questions will be posted to SAM.gov for viewing by 16 August 2023, 16:30 PDT. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, material, transportation, administration, supervision and all else necessary to perform all operations in connection with the repair of (4) four sunshades. The first sunshade is located on the West side front of Building 600 and is torn from the rear of the structure and requires a permanent repair. The second sunshade is located on the Southwest end of Building 600 and has corner bracing disconnected from wind damage and requires a permanent repair, additionally the fabric is torn and requires replacement. The third sunshade is located at the center of Building 600 on the West side, the fabric is missing and requires replacement. The fourth sunshade is located on the Northwest side, the sunshade has an approximately 1'x1' tear and requires patching. Each sunshade is identified by number on Government provided site plan. Contractor shall field verify dimensions of each sunshade that requires fabric replacement. The Contractor shall include reference to applicable specifications that apply to this project and identification of material items required to be submitted to the government for approval (use AF Form 66), both will be incorporated in the project. |
