Trailhead Building - Contract No. IC-1

The work of Contract No. IC-1 shall be performed under one (1) contract. Bidders shall submit a proposal for the following: a. Wooden post and frame pre-engineered building that includes metal roofing, siding, soffit, fascia, louvers, ridge vent, trim, overhead door, main doors, window and the required hardware and trim. b. Building foundation, excavation, placement and backfill. c. Reinforced cement concrete floor with the required subgrade preparation. d. ADA reinforcement cement concrete parking and sideway with the required subgrade preparation. e. Install finished ceiling treatments as follows: i. Suspend acoustical tile in Rooms 101, 102, 103 and 104. ii. Liner panel in Rooms 100 and 105. f. Coordinate the work of Contract No. IC-1 with all other work of the Owner as required to complete the construction as defined on the Drawings.
