| Description | The work identified within the Contract consists of furnishing all submittals, labor, equipment, and materials. Contractor will comply will all applicable permitting as necessary, to include confined space permits. Provide maintenance and service of the base wide oil water separators (OWS) located at buildings 36, 68, 71, 74, 75, 78, 80, and 83. Maintenance shall be in compliance with the 193d Base Maintenance Plan to include a semi-annual inspection of all OWS with measurement and documentation of solids and oil content, annual full service of each OWS designed to keep oil and solids levels below regulatory limits, annual service to help prevent accumulation of hazardous constituents above regulatory limits, photographic documentation of the regulatory annual visual inspection, and quarterly monitoring/alarm station testing. |
