Description

The work generally consists of removing and disposing of carpet, cove base, all modular components, and wall coverings; repair and paint walls in the first floor JIPS area of Kaahumanu Hale. (See Project "Requirements and Specifications" for additional information). Award is contingent on availability of funds. Contract start date will be contingent upon Notice to Proceed. Contract duration is 270 days from Notice to Proceed. When submitting Offer be sure to attach all 11 pages of the completed "Solicitation, Offer and Contract Form" (Section 00410 of the Requirements and Specifications).
