An Award for this requirement will be made pursuant to FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The period of performance is anticipated to be November 25, 2023, to October 31, 2024, with four (4) one (1) year options periods, and a six (6) month option to extend services. As an Addendum to FAR 52.212-1, contractor shall submit all items in accordance with the Supplemental Information by the solicitation closing date and time. The contractor SHALL provide all required documents with submission of quotes. The agreement shall demonstrate the relationship between firms and identify contractual relationships and authorities to bind each entity of the teaming/partnering or joint venture relationship. Period for acceptance of quotes. The contractor agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes.
