Beaverdam Park Roof Replacement

For Beaverdam Park Roof Replacement Gloucester County is seeking quotations from a qualified, licensed, and insured contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to replace the roofs on two buildings located at Beaverdam Park. SPECIFICATIONS: Animal Hut Building The replacement shall include the below features and specifications: o Protect all existing structures, shrubs, and property during removal, taking caution to keep all entrances free of hazards. o Remove and dispose of existing shingles & underlayment to sheathing o Remove and repair or replace all rotted sheathing o Remove and replace all rotted fascia/trim boards with PVC product o Furnish and install synthetic felt to the entire roof o Furnish and install ice and water shield on the perimeter o Furnish and install Pinnacle Pristine Architectural Shingles- Color Tan (or approved equal) o Furnish and install new flashing on vents o All lawn and landscape areas shall be restored to their pre-construction status o Disposal of all materials is the responsibility of the Contractor. Leftover new shingles shall be furnished to the County. Smith Shelter Building The replacement shall include the below features and specifications: o Protect all existing structures, shrubs, and property during removal, taking caution to keep all entrances free of hazards. o Remove and dispose of existing shingles & underlayment to sheathing o Remove and repair or replace all rotted sheathing o Remove and replace all rotted fascia/trim boards with PVC product o Furnish and install synthetic felt to the entire roof o Furnish and install ice and water shield on the perimeter o Furnish and install Pinnacle Pristine Architectural Shingles- Color Tan (or approved equal) o All lawn and landscape areas shall be restored to their pre-construction status o Disposal of all materials is the responsibility of the Contractor. Leftover new shingles shall be furnished to the County. Bid Option 1: Provide a price for new aluminum gutters with filter/guard for both buildings. Working Hours, Access, Site Regulations o Normal working hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am-5:00 pm. If the contractor would like to work outside of these hours, please notify the County at the time of bid submission. o Tobacco use is prohibited in County buildings and on-site. All questions shall be submitted in writing (email is preferred). The Contractor shall begin services after receipt of a Notice to Proceed by the issuance of a purchase order and completed within 45 days.
