Century School HVAC Replacement

Work to covered by Base Bid shall include the demolition of existing 2x4 ACT ceiling, lighting fixtures, cutting of new masonry wall penetrations for new ductwork, hydronic piping, and ceiling mounted mechanical system in the areas shown in the Construction Documents. New work includes the installation of a new 2x2 ACT ceilings, LED light fixtures, roof mounted DOAS unit, roof mounted condensing units, VRF ceiling mounted units, EPDM roof patching, structural reinforcing, new gypsum soffit, new gas piping, and interior and exterior painting. Corresponding Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems will also be included. Work covered by the Alternate Bid #1 shall include the same scope as the Base Bid but in additional areas as shown in the Construction Documents.
