City Hall Painting and Wood Repairs

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the wood repairs, sanding, cleaning, preparation, priming, installation of new building signage, exterior painting of 8 buildings and signage, painting of courtyard verandah, painting of hand railing, painting of parking lot light poles, painting of post indicator valve (PIV) and fire department connection (FDC), painting of flagpole metal base, and all related and necessary work as defined in the contract documents (the Project). Contractor License: California Classification A or C-33 (required at time of bid submission).
