| Description | Establish a contract for the provision of hard floor cleaning services that are common and necessary to the operations of an K-12 educational facility. SBAC is a rural school district in north central Florida that currently serves a population of approximately 30,000 students, located in (22) elementary schools, (07) middle schools, (07) high schools, and (09) centers. The District also maintains six (06) other ancillary support sites and approximately (300+) portable buildings.
