The following contractors have been prequalified to bid on this project and UC Davis Health will ONLY receive proposals from the following: DPR Construction Pat Baird Acoustics, Inc. San Francisco Interiors, Inc. Proposal Security (Bid Bond) in the amount of 10% of the Target Cost for each trade shall accompany each proposal. The surety issuing the Bid Bond shall be, on the bid deadline, an admitted surety insurer (as defined in the California Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120). The successful Proposer will be required to have the following California current and active contractors license at the time of submission of the Bid: Suspended Ceilings: C-61 / D-50
