Building of a pedestrian bridge to join greenway areas at Town of Waynesville Parks and Recreation Department located at 550 Vance Street. All necessary demolition, excavation, labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of a 100-foot long pedestrian bridge, including approximately 323 linear feet of asphalt walk installation, 92 linear feet of modular concrete block retaining wall, and 66 linear feet of handrail,
