Design/Build Fort Island Trail Multi-Use Path

Design/Build of a Multi-Use Path on the W. Fort Island Trail in Crystal River, Florida to include the delivery and furnishing of all necessary materials, labor, equipment, and professional services for the design and construction of a Multi-Use Path. County has reserved a not to exceed $1,000,000.00 Budget for the project. 1. The Project will begin at the Eastern Side of the Ft. Island Trail Beach Parking Lot and continue along W. Ft Island Trail Road. 2. Respondent will determine the distance and cost of this project to Design/Build, not to exceed $1,000,000 in cost and be able to meet the County, State, Federal requirements including all permits. This project will be considered a turn-key project. 3. Respondent will be required to complete the Proposal Pricing Form: for a paved Multi-Use Path in accordance with Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) rules and regulations for design standards and meeting all permit requirements. 4. The project should be an asphalt paved Multi-Use Path per FDOT standards. 5. Turnkey Design/Build project to include all cost associated with project but not limited to all permits, environmental, design, construction, labor, materials, equipment, tools, machinery, utilities, transportation, necessary survey work, and anything else necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Services. 6. Respondent will be responsible for the design and construction documents for this project.
