Lincoln Park Tennis Court Resurface Project, A Bid Bond or Surety 2000 in the Amount of 5% of the Bid Must Accompany Each Proposal as a Guaranty. Any questions or concerns regarding completion date prior to bidding can be directed to: Brock Wetenkamp City of Manitowoc Park Planner 920-686-6519 bwetenkamp@manitowoc.org INTENT AND SCOPE OF WORK This Contract consists of: The City of Manitowoc is soliciting for the patching/repairing existing cracks, level surface, and resurfacing with same color system of three tennis courts at Lincoln Park in Manitowoc. The three tennis courts are courts 4,5,6 at Lincoln Park. The base bid should include 250 lineal feet of crack patching with Armor Crack Repair System. The City will remove nets prior to installation. The Contractor shall furnish all of the necessary labor, materials, equipment, and supplies for completing all work included in this Contract. All work included in this Contract shall be performed according to the plans, specifications, and to the satisfaction of the City of Manitowoc or its representative. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to award the Contract based solely on the Lump Sum Base Bid. The City of Manitowoc reserves the right to delete any portion of this Contract.
