Description

This Notice of Invitation for Bids only addresses the project’s second construction contract (buildout of the new well’s associated civil/electrical/mechanical infrastructure and their integration into the existing Well Field). Under this contract a prequalified prime (general) contractor (prequalified under SOQ-21-5835A) will be retained by the City (through competitive bid) to construct the civil/electrical/mechanical infrastructure designed for the new groundwater production wells and commission the new production wells.
