| Description | The scope of work shall generally consist of, but is not limited to: providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, testing, and reports required for a new modular USP 797 compliant clean room to be installed in the current Pharmacy area located in Building 17, as defined by the drawings and specifications. The turn-key solution shall meet all regulatory sterile compounding performance standards, and shall have the capability to be expanded, reduced, relocated, and removed as needed to satisfy LVAMC Pharmacy functionality and clinical capabilities. The contractor shall provide a guaranteed compliance certification for the clean room and shall offer a monthly equipment rental and service plan which includes routine service, maintenance, and urgent service response. |
