Description Replacement of 2 air handling units with units that will deliver more air to increase the cooling comfort in the space. Also, VAV units will be added, rebalanced or replaced as necessary to deliver the increased airflow to the space. Existing storm drainage piping will also be modified to remove standing water from the roof. A new condensate drain will extend from both of the new AHUs to a janitor closet.
