City Hall & Police Facility

Project consists of site work, exterior cleaning, interior renovation, roof work, fire protection, millwork, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. The Scope of this project is defined in the Specifications for City Hall and Police Facility Renovation exhibits that consist of the following: 1. Minor rehabilitation of the existing building envelope and hardening of selected openings. 2. Two (2) new entry vestibules. 3. Partial demolition and renovation of three stories to accommodate City Hall and Police Functions. 4. Partial update of existing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades. 5. New audio and visual systems. 6. Site work and exterior lighting.
