| Description | Project A: Hutto Middle School Equipment Change Out 1. A complete Mechanical Equipment Change Out of air conditioning equipment including Outside Air Equipment. 2. A complete replacement of the DDC HVAC controls for the entire campus. 3. Exhaust fans will be review and replaced as needed. 4. Kitchen cooking fans will be excluded from the project. 5. Provide alternate for exterior Building and site lighting. The estimated construction cost is $1,800,000. Project B: Cottonwood Creek Elementary Equipment Change Out 1.
