| Description | This project creates a new entry stair on the east side of Van Hecke-Wettach Hall to replace a previously demolished stair. This renovation also includes new guardrails and handrails within the defined project work area to address existing accessibility and safety issues, as noted on the plans and specifications dated 1/31/20. Some demolition has been completed by UNC and a temporary stair built in its place. The temporary stairs will need to be removed as part of this project. |
