Replacement of HVAC Units

Description of Contractor Requirement/Statement of Work: A. Background: The HVAC Units which supply both heating and cooling to multiple buildings and administrative offices at FEMA Selma MHSS, located in Selma Alabama, are in need of repairs or replacements. Some units are not operational, or they are not operating properly. The HVAC units need to be repaired as this is a matter of reasonable accommodation since the buildings are occupied by both FEMA employees and contractors. B. Objective: Replace the HVAC units with new units to provide reasonable accommodations. C. Scope of Work / Specifications/Equipment: Replace current/existing HVAC Units which include: -Four (4) 3 Ton Unit Complete Systems. -One (1) 7.5 Ton Unit Complete System. -Two (2) 3.5 Ton Unit Complete Systems. -One (1) 2 Ton Package Unit. The current units shall be removed by the Contractor. Warranty on labor and parts shall be for a minimum of one (1) year. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, labor, to install the HVAC units. D. Delivery Schedule: Delivery of the units is to be within 30 days after the award of the Purchase Order. The installation and delivery address is FEMA Selma MHSS, 661 Selfield Rd, Selma, AL 36703. The point of contact will be provided to the successful awardee.
