| Description | **As of January 23, 2023 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The work shall consist of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment and supervision for the repair and or grinding of all MHA owned sidewalks and curbing. Exception; no work will be required at Charles Turner Homes (38-6). When complete, all work shall meet ADA compliance guidelines. Upon completion of project, contractor shall provide a one (1) year warranty for all work. For Sidewalk and Curb Repair / Grinding Morristown Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the IFB process. |
