Pumping Facility (East Plant) Improvements

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and services to construct, install, test, start-up, and place into operation the East Plant Improvements including but not limited to, the following: 1. A New Mechanical Vortex Style Grit Tank with top mounted grit pumping unit housed in a prefabricated and heated enclosure. 2. Bar Rack and Access Hatch Hardware Replacement at the North and South CSO Swirl Concentrator units located on the plant site. 3. CSO Storage Tank Concrete/Stair Repairs 4. Building Structural Repairs; Architectural Upgrades 5. Safety Upgrades 6. SCADA Improvements 7. A new flow meter installed on the existing 18” force main discharging from the Plant. together with all related civil/site work, process mechanical, architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, instrumentation & control work as specified herein and shown on the Drawings

Division 22 -	Plumbing, Plumbing Piping, Plumbing Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Instrumentation and Control for Electrical Systems.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Water Utility Pumping Stations, Wells.
Division 44 -	Pollution and Waste Control Equipment, Water Pollution Control Equipment.
