Elkhart River District Landscape Maintenance and Snow Removal Services

Contract Term shall be for one year commencing on December 15, 2020 and expiring December 15, 2021. Project includes general landscaping within the City of Elkhart River District, which encompasses the Riverwalk, Town Green, Riverwalk Plaza at JA Drive Node, Lundquist Bicentennial Park, sidewalks, street trees, East Jackson and Elkhart Avenue medians, and related facilities. Scope of services for the landscape maintenance include but not limited to the following tasks: lawn mowing, herbicide and fertilizer application, general tree and shrub pruning, planting bed maintenance, hardwood mulch replacement, sidewalk and Riverwalk pathway cleaning and maintenance, and trash pickup. This maintenance project shall also include snow removal services from the sidewalks and crosswalks on both sides of East Jackson Boulevard, west the Jackson Boulevard Bridge at the Elkhart River) to the west side of the Johnson Street intersection and on both sides of Elkhart Avenue from the north side of East Jackson Boulevard to the south side of the Elkhart Avenue Bridge. In addition, snow removal services is to also include the Riverwalk within the Elkhart River District planning area

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 41 -	Material Processing and Handling Equipment.
