Description

The Project consists of one (1) Base Bid that consists of roadway improvements to Stewart Street and Prescott Street from Hardenburgh Avenue to the northern terminus. Work on Stewart Street from Hardenburgh Avenue to the northern terminus and Prescott Street from Hardenburgh Avenue to Madison Avenue consists of milling and paving, base repair, curb replacement, and construction of ADA-compliant curb ramps. Work on Prescott Street from Madison Avenue to the northern terminus consists of construction of a 24-foot-wide roadway including excavation and paving, construction of granite curb, site restoration, and protection of traffic. All work on this contract must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
