Receipt of a bid by any Wellington Office, Receptionist, or personnel other than the Clerk s Office does not constitute receipt as required by this solicitation. The Clerk s Office time stamp shall be conclusive as to the timeliness of receipt. The Owner for the Project is Wellington, Florida, ( Owner ).
