Eloy Main Street Renovation Project

Contractors/subcontractors to provide construction services to renovate those certain buildings located along Main Street in Eloy Arizona as shown in Attachment “A”. Included will be repairing (as necessary) the Main Street arcade, defined as the wood and roofing tile structure attached to those certain buildings, patching and painting exposed exterior walls and replacing arcade lighting fixtures. The overall intent of this project is to provide a ‘facelift” to the building arcades and facades along both sides of Main Street (from Frontier Street to 6th Street, enhancing their attractiveness for occupancy of compatible business, service and/or retail uses. These improvements will reaffirm the City’s commitment to Downtown, provide an aesthetic front door for the City Hall building, the renovated Eloy Public Safety Building and serve as a catalyst for private investment and resulting community vitality.
