Description

Qualified Applicants to conduct engineering and policy analyses to inform better stormwater management options for development projects that involve residential single-family lots, usually zoned RSD, RSA, and RTA as specified in Chapter 14-400 of the Philadelphia Zoning Code, as well as to develop alternative compliance measures. PWD’s objective is to package these potential changes with beneficial guidance or process updates that maximize stormwater management in ways that are most suitable for residential developments.
