Description

Remove existing roof system down to the concrete deck. Furnish and install a new Johns Manville (JM) SBS Heat Weld Specifications 2FID-HW, or PBC approved equal, over min. 2.5 inches rigid insulation and .5 inch Secure Rock or PBC approved equivalent. (Basis for design). Remove the existing roofing system completely to include all membrane flashing and metal counter flashing down to the concrete deck and properly dispose of at an authorized landfill.
