Potomac Falls High School Weight Room Expansion

The Project is generally comprised of, but not limited to, the following work: 1.The Project currently consists of the construction of a Weight Room addition in one story totaling approximately 1,000 GBSF at Potomac Falls High School. The school will be occupied and in operation during the construction. 2.The work may include, but is not limited to: Site grading and utility work; Construction of a building addition, including foundations and exterior walls; Exterior canopies and roofing; Lighting installations and modifications; Security installations and modifications; Communications and Data installations; Building tie-ins; Fire Alarm system installations and modifications; Fire Sprinkler system installations and modifications; Electrical installations and modifications Security System installation and modification; Glass and Glazing installations and modifications; Flooring installations and modifications; Ceiling installations and modifications.
