Description | For Kennydale Elementary Security Enclosure Bid Bond: This Project is estimated to cost $150,000.00 or more must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashiers check, or bid bond, equal to 5% of the total Base Bid only, excluding taxes. Make checks payable to the Renton School District; furnish bond executed by a licensed bonding agency authorized to do business in the locality of the project. Prevailing Wage: It is the responsibility of the bidder to go online to the L&I web page electronically to verify they have the most current prevailing wages at time of bid Apprenticeship Requirement: This Project is not estimated to cost one million dollars or more. If selected, then this Project is subject to the apprenticeship requirements of ROW 39.04.320. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Enclosure of front entry to form an entry vestibule with associated architectural, structural, electrical. and mechanical modifications A. The Owner has set the following indoor air quality goals for job site operations on the Project, within the limits of the construction schedule, contract sum, and available materials, equipment, products and services. Goals include the following. 1. Protect workers on the site from air quality problems during construction. 2. Prevent indoor air quality problems in the completed facility. B. Use safety meetings, signage, and subcontractor agreements to communicate the goals of the Construction Indoor Air Quality Management Plan. C. Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) measures including ventilation system protection and ventilation rate |
