| Description | Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section VI, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of three (3) years beginning upon the successful execution of a Lease Agreement. An option to extend two (2) additional times for one (1) year each will also be included in the Lease Agreement. Deadline for Submission of Questions March 31, 2023, 4:00 p.m. PST The San Bernardino County Regional Parks Department, hereafter referred to as the "County," is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide operational management of the buildings previously known as Calico Old Miner's Café and Calico Restaurant (Building Nos. 25 & 58), which must include providing all materials, furnishings, and sales/service items and daily operations and maintenance of the concessions. Proposals must contain information specific to the concession being applied for. The contract will be with the proposer who is qualified to provide such services under all conditions specified in this Request For Proposal (RFP). |
