Description

Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide a spoilage dump site as follows: The City anticipates the frequency and quantity of spoilage dumping to be as follows: 1. Spoilage dumping of 6 to 11-yard trucks on an as-needed basis each month; 2. Spoilage dumping of 12 to 20-yard trucks on an as-needed basis each month; 3. Only City placarded trucks will use this site; and 4. No drill mud will be dumped at the site.
