Notch Road Starting at intersection with Killington Avenue, full depth reclamation, grade and compact. Install 2.5” base coarse of HMA Type II and 1.5” top of HMA Type IV compacted. Estimated 2645 tons of HMA Type II, 1587 tons of HMA Type IV and +/- 300 tons shoulder gravel in place. Sherwood Drive Starting at intersection with Meadowlake Drive, full depth reclamation, grade and compact. Install 2.5” base coarse of HMA Type II and 1.5” top of HMA Type IV compacted. Estimated 1638 tons of HMA Type II, 984 tons of HMA Type IV and +/- 300 tons shoulder gravel in place. Excavate minimum of 2’ deep and minimum or 2’ wide swale compacted in order to pave the swale including 5 driveways. The swale starts at 636 Sherwood Drive and extends to Helvi Hill Road on the same side of the road for a length of 668’. Terra Lane Starting at intersection with Sherwood Drive, full depth reclamation, grade and compact. Install 2.5” base coarse of HMA Type II and 1.5” top of HMA Type IV compacted. Estimated 235 tons of HMA Type II, 141 tons of HMA Type IV and +/- 80 tons shoulder gravel in place. Town Office Parking Lot Shim and overlay from intersection with Route 4. Shim with ¾ “ HMA Type IV compacted and top with 1 ¼” HMA Type IV compacted. Estimated 160 tons of HMA Type IV and +/- 50 tons shoulder gravel in place. Lap joint extended to 60” at intersection of Route 4 instead of the previously specified 36” in criteria #9 above.
