The primary project objective is the relocation and expansion of an existing Cardiac Catheterization (CATH) lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) lab, and the addition of a new Electrophysiology (EP) lab. The new labs, designed in accordance with the latest VA standards, will have a new dedicated HVAC system installed, and be outfitted with all new imaging and medical boom equipment. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and construction services necessary to complete the construction of the project described herein. Work includes general construction, electrical, plumbing, and other trades as required to provide a complete and finished product.
