Description | Equipment List & Floor Plan Amplifier supporting at least 5 microphone inputs, auxiliary input, zone-based outputs for 12speakers and an auxiliary output that will be used to interface with VOIP and VOCIP phones. Equipment rack 12 speakers (ceiling mounted) Zone-based volume control Five SM-58 microphones, each with 15’ cable and built-in on/off switch Five female microphone outlets/plug-ins Three portable microphone stands (for SM-58 microphones) Device allowing switchable 2-way connection between unclassified VOIP phone and PA system Device allowing switchable 2-way connection between classified VOCIP phone and PA system Cables, switches and connectors Specific Requirements List: The installed system shall not include any Bluetooth devices, wireless devices, or network connections. The amplifier and related equipment will be located on an equipment rack near the southeast corner of the OPS floor area. Zone-based volume controls and VOIP/VOCIP controls shall be installed on vertical column near OPS crew workstations (refer to attachment 1). Speakers shall be installed in ceiling providing adequate zone-based coverage of entire room. Microphone outlets/plug-ins shall be installed at approximate locations shown on attachment 1. All microphones shall include an on/off switch built into the microphone. The system shall include controls/device(s)/connections allowing switchable 2-way integration with unclassified VOIP phones and PA system. The system shall include controls/device(s)/connections allowing switchable 2-way integration with classified VOCIP phones and PA system. Contractor will provide all required cables, switches and connectors. INSPECTION: A pre-installation inspection shall be conducted. The inspection participants will be the Contractor, Contracting Officer, and the Project Manager. All project spaces will be inspected for damage. The Phasing Plan will be discussed to verify sequencing and coordination issues. INSTALLATION and INSPECTION: All equipment will be installed, connected, tested and demonstrated to be fully operational upon completion. All affected areas of concern shall be cleaned, dusted, and all debris will be removed from PAFB. All damaged and/or deficient items shall be inspected by the Contractor and the Government together for disposition. All warranty issues shall be annotated and corrected. A single punch list will be compiled and submitted to all involved parties. |
