NASCAR Site - Corporate Hangar Site Development

This project includes an approximately 7300 square yard taxiway expansion, relocation of an access road serving the existing Bank of America hangars, and construction of associated storm-water best management practices and utilities to serve two future hangars in the project area. Construction activities will include demolition of an existing parking lot and access road, construction of an approximately 730 lineal feet access drive off Airport Drive, modification of an existing regional dry detention pond, relocation of underground wet and dry utilities, and installation of a new sand filter to serve the proposed development. The site will be mass graded and retaining walls will be installed to accommodate future build out. The project will be phased with the intent of maintaining access and utility service to the existing hangars in the project vicinity throughout construction.
